Wilson Visit AVENUE Q
Glam
Hollywood couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson took a trip to
Avenue Q on March 23. The dazzling duo roared at the show
and afterward headed backstage at the Golden Theatre to congratulate
the stars--human and monster alike. Then the nicest couple
in La-La Land posed for pictures with the nicest cast on the

Make Their Carnegie Hall Debuts at The New York Pops 21st
Birthday Gala
On May
10, 2004, John and Stephanie will join cast members from the
Broadway productions Little Shop of Horrors, The Boy from
Oz, rising stars of popular music, and the nation’s largest
independent pops orchestra for The New York Pops 21st Birthday
Gala at Carnegie Hall. New York Pops Music Director Skitch
Henderson will lead the audience on a journey through the
great American songbook from Gershwin to Loesser to Rodgers
and beyond…

I have been cast as either of these roles, let alone both
of them," she says. "I think I've proven to people
that I can do it, it's just not something that I would have
been cast as by 'look.' So I'm hoping that we're all changing
some minds about what it takes to play a role. It's all about

 On
Sunday evening, February 15, 2004 at 8:00PM, THE BROADWAY
BEARS VII (2004 edition) will join the ranks of their 250+
predecessors as they make their own very important entrances
on stage at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in the heart
of New York City’s revitalized theatre district. Everyone
is anxiously anticipating the arrival of this newest group
of “celebearties”, following the smashing success
of the previous six auctions.

Tartaglia, who stars as both Princeton and Rod in the hit
new musical Avenue Q, will be seen on the syndicated game
show "Hollywood Squares." It is broadcast in the
New York City area on WCBS-TV at 7 PM ET. Tartaglia's episodes
are expected to air in April.

ROBE" Presented to Carmen Ruby Floyd in AVENUE Q

CARMEN RUBY FLOYD is the second
recipient of Actors' Equity's famous "Gypsy Robe"
for the 2003-2004 Broadway season. The colorful icon was presented
on the opening night (Thursday, July 31, 2003) of AVENUE Q,
recreating an historic, theatrical ritual that began on Broadway
over 50 years ago.
